WHAT ARE WE DOING is a searching, bittersweet dance film frankly exploring the challenge of retaining autonomy within a relationship. Finding moving juxtapositions in Katya’s vulnerable narration and the performance of male identifying dance artists Ben and Dom - a real life couple - WHAT ARE WE DOING is an intimate portrait of love as a work in progress, captured in an emotive synthesis of digital footage and 8mm film.
